Since it was my first time hiring a videographer, I reached out to three different individuals through CrackerJack. Jacob quickly stood out from the rest by promptly responding to my inquiry. During our initial correspondence, he presented himself in a professional manner, highlighting his experience in the field. We discussed the services I required, but I was taken aback when he mentioned a 2.5-hour window, only to later suggest a four-hour one. I suspect it was an honest misunderstanding on his part, but unfortunately, his pricing exceeded my budget. Despite this setback, I appreciated his sincerity and would have probed further about his business if I had greater financial flexibility.
