Hi there, I'm Olivia Smith - a yoga instructor who specializes in working with beginners. My classes focus on connecting breath to body, promoting a flow state of mind and movement meditation. I earned my 200hr RYT teaching certificate from Zuda Yoga and make sure my instruction emphasizes self-love and self-trust. For me, trust and respect are the foundation of good teaching. I'm committed to serving my community, fostering blissful living wherever possible.
Please note that I'll be out of town from April 13th-23rd. And if finances are a concern for you, I offer sliding scale payments.

Olivia is amazing! We've engaged her to conduct private yoga sessions at our residence for my spouse and I. My partner is new to yoga and isn't very comfortable with group sessions, but Olivia's warmth, expertise, and demeanor have made a big difference in making us feel at ease. She's absolutely fantastic!

I struggle with arthritis, but practicing yoga with Olivia has been immensely helpful. Olivia conducts classes at the senior center located in Auburn and is highly skilled in catering to the requirements of her students. Thanks to Olivia, I now love yoga. Initially, I was hesitant about it, as I had negative experiences with yoga classes before. However, Olivia, who dedicates her time and expertise to provide yoga classes at the non-profit organization I work with, helped to change my perception of yoga. Her classes aim to promote wellness and relaxation - a needful support for our hardworking staff and clients who have experienced homelessness and are rebuilding their lives. Olivia was outstanding in creating a safe, friendly atmosphere in the classes, where I soon realized my fitness level was not a barrier to enjoying yoga. Her instructions were excellent, and she offered encouragement, which made it even more fun. Amazingly, in a few classes, I am already feeling physically stronger while improving my balance. Olivia's guidance and energy make it easy for me to push myself further and simultaneously relax my mind. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend anyone to join Olivia's classes.

I went to one of her classes held in the park and found it to be excellent. By the end of it, I felt more relaxed. Her guidance was clear, and everyone in the group was instructed well on what to do.

The class was absolutely amazing, it was the finest one that I have ever attended. Although I am an absolute newbie in the realm of yoga, I felt like an expert by the end of the class due to Olivia's meticulous guidance. Her patience and assistance were unmatched, and I am eagerly anticipating our next meeting!
