Using CrackerJack to communicate with Before and After Air Care was an incredibly smooth process. They responded quickly, were easy to schedule an appointment with, and confirmed our appointment without any issue. We were impressed that Curtis (the owner) arrived promptly on a Sunday and was very pleasant to work with. After explaining exactly what was happening during the dryer vent cleaning, he made some great recommendations for the care of our HVAC system in the future. The reasonable pricing was just icing on the cake. After they finished, we couldn't even tell they had been there - the place was spotless!
