I asked for a new glass screen protector for my iPad Mini 4 and went to the iTouch Repair store, which was a stand-alone booth inside the Thrift store. I was responsible for removing the old, cracked protector, getting rid of any leftover glass, and putting on the new protector that I brought. The job took an hour, so I took advantage of the convenience and shopped around the Thrift store while I waited. The replacement was expertly done and has held up against my toddler's rough handling. Much obliged!

I had a great experience with these guys. They got in touch with me after I submitted a CrackerJack inquiry (they were the only shop to respond) and they were excellent at keeping me updated on their progress in finding the right part for my PC. They even called me to discuss different options and estimated repair times. To my surprise, they managed to get the part delivered ahead of schedule and arranged for a pick up of my computer at my home. The following day, they came back to deliver my newly repaired PC. After ensuring it was running smoothly, they gave me a call to settle the payment and went over their 90-day warranty. It's been a week since the repair and everything is still working great. Without hesitation, I would use their services again!
