Although my review is tardy, I must commend Rod and his team for their outstanding work in replacing the hardwood flooring in my kitchen with tiles. To this day, I have not noticed any imperfections, and it has been two years! They skillfully navigated issues that arose during the demolition process, and promptly resolved them without hesitation. They completed the tiling and baseboards for our 1300sqft Tri-Level house, inclusive of 2 sets of stairs, in just two weeks, which was quicker than we had expected. Thiago and Daniel are highly skilled in their craft and kept us informed throughout the process, providing solutions for any unforeseen challenges that arose. We had consulted with six contractors/companies, and BDT was the second. Their manager, Jeff, was outstanding in his approach, grasping our ideas and proposing practical solutions to execute them. Communication was seamless, with Jeff responding to our messages within five minutes. They assisted with organizing furniture, making work easy, and helped discard old items. The project was mostly unobtrusive to our daily routine, and Jeff and his partner checked in regularly to ensure the work was satisfactory. Any concerns we had were attended to promptly and respectfully. We were impressed enough to hire their painter to redo our interior, which will be reviewed separately. The complete renovation of my bathroom was done splendidly! The team not only removed the old flooring but also replaced the underlying plywood, and the end result is stunning.
