I was contacted by Brad shortly after I submitted my request, who promptly provided me with an estimate based on a home inspection. He provided me with an estimated timeframe in which he could complete the work, which was within 48 hours. Additionally, Brad kindly reached out to me when a prior job was finished ahead of schedule, asking if he could move the time up.
