The only issue we had was with the vanity size, which was incorrect at first and had to be exchanged, incurring a $250 restocking fee. 3. Communication We are impressed with Sam's communication efficiency. He is easily reachable through WhatsApp, which has enabled us to ask numerous questions. As first-time renovators, we have had many queries, and Sam has always answered them patiently. When questions couldn't be clarified through chat, he even offered to meet us in person or on Facetime for clarity. 4. Timeliness Sam's crew worked from 9-5 for almost 5 days a week, and the entire renovation took six weeks, including scheduling inspections. We believe that this timeline was reasonable for such an extensive project. Overall, we are very pleased with Sam's work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor for their renovation needs.
