We value reliability, ease of communication, friendliness, and punctuality. We would appreciate it if the original price quoted remained unchanged even with the addition of a few small items. We worked hard to make the junk removal process easier for you by breaking down everything. We only had medium weight items, such as 2 mini fridges and a metal rack, which we mentioned during our phone conversation. While we are willing to pay an extra $20 on the final price, we hope that future quotes will not change significantly. We look forward to doing more business with you in other areas. His pricing was unbeatable and he completed the job in under 30 minutes, going the extra mile to even sweep up afterwards. Additionally, he kindly accepted all of my cardboard waste at no additional cost, going out of his way to avoid overfilling the dumpster.
