Following two unsuccessful tries with other junk haulers on CrackerJack, one of which was unresponsive and eventually cancelled due to my "distance", I eventually connected with Rob's team. Their communication was proficient and their conduct was professional. Nelson remained in constant touch all day and kept informing me of his estimated time of arrival. They were able to dispose off my couch and loveseat quickly, taking less than 10 minutes despite the narrow staircase.
