The financial advisors were unhelpful and confusing, lacking in clear explanations and expecting customers to already possess a deep understanding of financial affairs. In hindsight, the advisors suggested illegal activities and provided poor advice, resulting in the loss of multiple opportunities to save money and taxes. Additionally, when I expressed disagreement with a business finance decision they made, they chose to break our contract and refused to finish the remaining month of work for the 2022 end-of-year tax and accounting filings. As a result, I was forced to scramble and seek assistance from other professionals to rectify the chaotic situation left behind by the advisors.
