After meeting with Basset Roofing and Contracting, my decision was made. It was clear to me that I wanted to move forward with them. Andrew, who I believe is the owner of the company, came to inspect my leaky roof. He climbed up and took numerous photos so that he could accurately demonstrate the issues I was dealing with. During this process, Andrew brought to my attention the fact that there had been significant wind damage to my roof. He assisted me in filing an insurance claim and communicated consistently with both myself and the insurance company. Andrew even joined me during the inspection by the insurance company, as I am far from knowledgeable when it comes to roofs. I was pleasantly surprised when my claim was approved and covered the vast majority of the work needed. The Basset Roofing and Contracting team did an incredible job replacing my roof and repairing my kitchen ceiling. They will now be my go-to for all future needs, and I recommend them highly.
