With over 20 years of teaching experience under my belt, I have helped many students graduate from prestigious music schools such as Berklee, Cal Arts, and Oberlin Conservatory, among others. Some of my former students have gone on to pursue professional music careers while others delight in playing the bass for pure enjoyment. As a Berklee Graduate, I rely on their proven teaching methods and materials to instruct my students.
Throughout my music career, I have performed and/or recorded across the United States and Europe with world-class players like Danny Carrey (Tool), Raymo, and Delacruz (Slightly Stoopid), Antonio Sanchez (Pat Metheny), Doug Webb (Freddie Hubbard), James Tartaglia, and many others. I teach all styles of music, ranging from Blues, Rock, Jazz, to HipHop. Additionally, I offer classes to all skill levels - from beginners to the advanced.

David is an exceptional electric bass teacher who holds a special place in my heart. At 15, I began taking lessons from him and was immediately struck by his practical and friendly approach. Unlike other teachers, David doesn't waste time making you practice tedious scales with a metronome. Instead, he helps you apply specific modes and patterns to a particular tune or situation, and before you know it, you're jamming on the drums and improvising solos effortlessly.
