My name is Aaron and I am a personal trainer at one of the most popular fitness chains in the USA. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, my fitness journey started when my basketball coach introduced me to weight training. Since then, I have extensively researched and practiced different techniques and exercises in my workout routines. Sports and physical activity have always been my greatest passion and inspiration, and I am eager to share that passion with others.
