Our third-floor bedrooms were in need of carpet removal and hardwood refinishing. When we contacted Gustavo, he demonstrated excellent professionalism and willingness to accommodate our needs. He was quick to respond, offering a free on-site estimate within 48 hours of contacting him. Following the assessment, he was able to provide an estimate immediately and scheduled the work for the next day. Gustavo provided the most competitive pricing, and the results of his work were flawless. Gustavo and his team stripped off the old carpeting and restored the original hardwood flooring by sanding, fixing, and refinishing it. They even repaired any damaged planks by nailing and patching them, ensuring that the floors were stable and quiet. They brought the floors back to their original elegance. We were extremely satisfied with Gustavo's work and highly recommend him. Even our landlord was impressed with the quality of work and asked for his contact information for future work.
