Instead of sending someone high on drugs, a competent professional should be dispatched. The responder's statement that my request didn't make sense only confirms their lack of professionalism. As an experienced carpenter with over 25 years of experience, I have collaborated with numerous professions and constructed many homes and additions. My simple request for a flush mounted ceiling exhaust fan for my stove should be easily understandable and easily found online. Many homes have this type of fan installed to avoid obstructing the view from the kitchen to the dining room. The technician who came to install it asked irrelevant questions and only spoke a few words throughout the entire job. Their flushed face and ecstatic smile suggested they were not in the right state of mind. I gave this company one star solely because they actually arrived, but in general, don't bother with them.
