Thus far, our experience working with Bamboo on our home remodel has been exceptional. Their industry approach is innovative and transparent. Our journey started with a free, comprehensive 3D scan of our entire home, followed by a video conference during which we discussed our project needs. Currently, we are in the design phase, where we have engaged the services of gifted 3D designers recommended by the Bamboo team. We are awed by the suggestions they have provided, and we can't wait to see how incredible our home will look. We have not yet started the implementation phase, but working with the Bamboo team has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff is super polite and displays a great sense of urgency in addressing all our concerns. Johanna has been specifically assigned as our project manager and her keen attention to detail and responsiveness has made the journey effortless. It was an excellent and hassle-free experience collaborating with them! They helped us renovate the living room, kitchen, and the main bathroom at a comparatively lower rate than other contractors, and we are beyond content with the outcome. The kitchen received a fresh coat of paint, while new statuary white marble countertops, appliances, and bamboo flooring were installed in the living room. The master bathroom was entirely tiled with marble, and the crew managed to incorporate lights, mirrors, sinks, and repainted cabinets. We even ordered a new bathtub and shower, which were flawlessly installed by the skilled craftsmen. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

In my experience thus far, I have mainly focused on the planning stage. I was initially contacted by Charmaine, a representative from Bamboo, who proved to be extremely easy to communicate with. I felt that she truly grasped my vision regarding the remodeling of my shower. Thus far, I have had the pleasure of meeting with both the designer and architect, as well as Charmaine, and I can confidently say that I felt at ease throughout all of our conversations. We discussed a wide range of aspects that would only serve to enhance the project, as well as some ideas that may not ultimately be feasible. I am happy to report that all issues were thoroughly discussed during our meetings, which were conducted via video conference - a format that I personally prefer. I am thoroughly impressed with Bamboo and have already begun discussing the possibility of using them for other house remodeling projects in the future. Although we are still in the planning stages as of now, once the project is completed, I plan to closely review the finished product.
