Brian was not only skilled at cooking, he also had a great personality. I enlisted his services for my wife's birthday surprise and he was extremely attentive and understood my vision perfectly. As it was meant to be a surprise, Brian was flexible and accommodating with scheduling. Although I had high expectations for the meal, it surpassed all of them. The menu had 12 items and every single one was incredible. I highly recommend Brian and look forward to working with him again in the future.
