My experience was fantastic. I arranged for the pickup of an appliance at my former storage unit, and informed them that there was a service elevator, rendering stairs unnecessary. Despite having to park quite a distance away due to numerous others vacating their units, they handled the task with efficiency. They were also quite patient when the exit gate experienced a system overload and caused them to become locked in. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
