Upon my request, Balanced Garage Doors promptly responded and arrived the same day to address the non-functional garage door opener at my rental property. After inspection, they confirmed that the gear had malfunctioned beyond repair and advised replacing it with a new unit, which they offered at a lower quote compared to two other companies. Furthermore, the technician suggested also replacing the pulleys due to worn-out ball bearings on one side, to preempt any potential future issues.
