My passion is to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals by dispelling their misconceptions and apprehension towards exercise and nutrition. My services comprise personalized one-on-one training, as well as small group training (adhering to a maximum of two clients at a time due to space constraints), nutritional counseling, sports performance, weight loss, muscle building, and all-encompassing education on healthcare and wellness.
What gratifies me the most is observing a client adopting a lifetime commitment towards their health, rather than regarding their efforts to maintain it as a fleeting thirty-day endeavor. Witnessing clients emerge triumphant over their inclinations to give in to their trepidations, misgivings, challenges, and setbacks, is the most fulfilling feeling ever.

Ben possesses extensive expertise and experience as a trainer. It is unfortunate that our client-trainer relationship was not successful. I had clearly explained my specific session requirements, what I needed and what I did not need, during our online call. However, it appeared that we had a misunderstanding. In fact, I did not require guidance on basic exercises, nutrition, or how to watch videos on an app. I had clearly communicated this, even suggesting that non-paid time could be utilized to demonstrate these aspects for those who require it. Ben would be an excellent choice for beginners or individuals with limited knowledge of exercises and nutrition. I regret that we wasted our time and wish him all the best in his business. It would be beneficial if he avoids further misunderstandings with clients in the future.
