In 2012, Olshan Foundation Repair rectified my foundation. Presently, I am in the process of vending my house and have been provided exceptional assistance from Melissa Klotzbuecher and Naudie Irizarry. They have inspected the foundation to confirm if it is still in great condition after seven years and instructed me on the procedures involved in transferring the warranty to the new owner. They have an extensive understanding of the subject matter, and they are very patient in explaining everything in detail and in a comprehensible manner.

He accurately identified areas that seemed problematic, but to my relief, he reassured me that my foundation was not the root cause. I didn't have to employ Olshan's services after all, but if the need for foundation repair ever arises, I will not hesitate to reach out to them for assistance. Thanks to his expertise in the Katy area, I received invaluable feedback and we even discussed the impact of trees on the foundation's long-term health. Mr. Solsberry remained until all of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction.
