After using CrackerJack for over two years, I am disappointed to say that my first review is a negative one. In all my time as a customer, I have never encountered such unethical business practices. Despite agreeing on a set price with the owner, I found myself receiving phone calls requesting additional funds which I reluctantly paid to ensure I could continue to use their services. The owner also insisted that I keep the amount paid a secret from the staff and would personally collect payment, which I found suspicious. After waiting over a month for my next scheduled service and repeatedly reaching out through both calls and texts, I have not received any response from the company.

Two sets of shelves were hung by Carlos. The outcomes were satisfactory, and we would consider hiring him again.

The work on my fence completed by Carlos was excellent. He demonstrated promptness, efficiency, and offered reasonable pricing. I intend to employ his services in the future and will recommend him to any interested acquaintances. Superb job!

He and his staff were productive, courteous, and dedicated to their work. Above all, I felt secure with them being in my house. I'm very pleased with their services, and having a clean house has relieved a significant burden off my shoulders.
