My kitchen floor now looks like it's brand new, all thanks to Back to New Tile and Grout! I've always detested having white tile as it just looks dirtier even when it's clean. However, now it's dazzling and pristine! David was extremely professional with his service and quoted me a set rate (I believe it was per square foot) that was significantly lower than what others had proposed. He even allowed me to contact him and get a quote and complete the job on the same day. He came early and inspected the area to ensure everything was feasible and ready to go. He then proceeded with cleaning the tiles and grout in a timely and proficient manner. As he worked, he identified the missing grout and damages, and even repaired a few tiles with no added charge. Unfortunately, we found too many tiles that needed repairing to fit into his schedule for this appointment. Therefore, I'm going to request him to come back and finish the job, including cleaning a couple of more floors. I'm genuinely impressed with his efficiency, and I'll be more than glad to use his services again. Furthermore, I'll recommend him to all and sundry since he provided excellent service and pricing. Thank you, David, for an incredible job done!
