Our mobile clinic provides personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of your own home, workplace, or community. We are licensed to provide telehealth services in NE and IA, and offer in-person services in the Omaha Metro and SW Iowa. By choosing Back to Life, you can save time otherwise spent traveling to appointments and focus fully on the activities you love.
Our 100% in-home services include medically necessary occupational and physical therapy covered by Medicare or private insurance, wellness training, and massage therapy using techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, Gua Sha tools, dry cupping, Kinesiology taping, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and joint stretching as needed. Additionally, for our online wellness services, equipment is not required, and clients receive affordable per-visit pricing or package rates to stay motivated to work out between sessions.

I had an exceptional and enjoyable massage experience. The gua sha tool utilized for the deep tissue massage was impressive, and I am now a fan. The therapist was adept at identifying problematic areas that had been bothering me for a long time and commenced addressing them.
