I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with Chef Lauren's services! Her excellent communication, organization, teamwork, presentation, and the delectable quality of her food were absolute perfection! We had a pressing deadline of setting up a buffet for 30 guests during the busiest time of the year. However, she was incredibly efficient, making my job a breeze. Her team of superb women provided great support and behaved well. The décor and presentation were spot-on for our Upper East Side locale, ensuring that both downtown and uptown guests were impressed. Everyone was delighted! I can't wait for the next chance to hire Bacco again!
