Brandon was a breath of fresh air and an absolute pleasure to work with. When my air stopped blowing cool, I first hired the Braves company who simply filled it up without checking for a leak. Within four days, the air had leaked out again and they were going to charge me another $500. This was a complete waste of money. I waited until the fourth day, but didn't get a response until the following Tuesday when they said they were still looking for the part. Desperate for help, I hired "Just Chilling HVAC," but after paying them $235, the technician disappeared. He told me the part was on back order and then deleted his profile on CrackerJack, leaving me without a way to contact him. Finally, I reached out to Brandon, and he called me back the same day and offered to come out that afternoon. He didn't charge me for the diagnostic test and confirmed my suspicions. He said he would check on the warranty of the part and let me know when he could get it done. Not only did he finish the job a day earlier than expected, but he stayed in touch the entire time.
