Last weekend, my spouse and I arranged DJ services by B entertained for our wedding ceremony. However, we are left with a sense of disappointment in respect to the service provided to us and our family. The songs played during the ceremony were incorrect and at the wrong time, which was unfortunate, but we tried to be understanding. Moreover, the announcements during our reception were messy, with incorrect announcements and placement of music, regardless of the hours spent by us filling out forms to ensure all the information was correct. Lastly, during the reception, we curated a playlist on our planning portal containing songs we wanted and those we did not. Regrettably, only a few of our requested songs were played, and the majority of the music played was not what we chose. Some songs on the do-not-play list were even played. We get that people might have an off-day, so we tried to be accommodating, but this became a trend throughout the whole event. For the significant sum of money we paid, we did not receive the level of service expected.

On June 16th, 2018, we organized a block party for the community where we booked a photo booth from B_entertained. The pictures were a hit among the attendees, including children and their parents. As I was busy hosting, I unfortunately couldn't meet the attendant, although I assume she was pleasant. However, the two gentlemen who delivered and set up the photo booth were extremely courteous and displayed professionalism throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services again in the future.

The disk jockey showed up ahead of schedule, fully prepared to begin his performance. His music collection was impressive, and he was capable of playing any genre we desired. Additionally, Derrick seemed like a kind-hearted person, and we thoroughly appreciated his presence at the event.

We engaged Mike to DJ for a Sweet 16 celebration, which had an attendance of over 250 guests. Mike offered multiple light and sound effect alternatives and remained highly attentive to calls and emails. He arrived punctually or ahead of schedule at the venue and delivered in accordance with my daughter's desired playlist. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied and would not hesitate to enlist his services again.

Mike delivered an exceptional entertainment performance for our high school class' 5-year reunion! His playlist comprised primarily of nostalgia-inducing childhood tunes and transported us all back in time. Effortlessly, he had everyone up on the dance floor, where they remained until the very end. I'm overjoyed with my choice to engage B Entertained, as a talented DJ can either be the highlight or downfall of a party, and Mike was undoubtedly the party highlight.
