I had hired a company for a moonbounce and they had confirmed availability by sending me pictures. After agreeing to their rates, I awaited their payment details via Zelle. However, the next day, I had to reach out to them as I had not received any information from their end. To my irritation, the company informed me that their truck stopped running and their own vehicle was breaking down. Consequently, they were unable to provide the moon bounce. Although I was unhappy with the delayed response, the company tried to make up for the inconvenience by offering a smaller moon bounce for free. However, since I have a back issue and couldn't pick it up, I didn't accept it. Despite the gesture, I still rate them 3 stars and hope they resolve their trucking issues for future customers.

B.B Bounce exemplified the utmost quality, professionalism, and responsiveness. Our experience renting two house moon bounces, chairs, and tables was phenomenal. They went above and beyond in ensuring that any surrounding objects were taken care of and fit everything seamlessly in our yard, despite its limited size. Kenny was exceptionally respectful and even took the time to explain the safety rules to the kids, ensuring a fun and secure experience in the moon bounces.
