The backsplash installation received a 4.5 star rating. They were highly responsive and provided decent job quality with great value for the money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or even hire them again for future tile projects. However, I did need to closely monitor the work and point out some minor issues that needed correction. Additionally, there were some unevenly laid tiles and grout that could have been improved. Overall, I would have given a 5-star rating if not for these minor setbacks.

They were exceptional individuals who were a pleasure to work with. Conducting business with them was effortless. The owner offered quotes based on photographs and communicated scheduling via email and text. His team arrived promptly and behaved in a courteous and professional manner. Their work was exquisite, and they tidied everything up once they had finished. The two technicians wore masks and performed the job at breakneck speed. Although it was merely a minor 35-square-foot bathroom tile project, they treated me like it was their most significant undertaking of the week. I wholeheartedly suggest these guys for any job you need accomplished. They get an A++.
