Preparing a downstairs apartment for renting required new carpeting, but we had a limited budget and aimed to hire a company for installation after purchasing materials. To begin the process, we reached out to the Excellent Flooring Crew and scheduled an appointment for the owner to come to our site to measure. After verifying measurements, the owner suggested a top-notch luxury vinyl plank (LVP) at roughly the same price. We decided to acquire the LVP from the owner and after receiving a formal quote, hire his company. The crew showed up promptly mid-morning on the designated day and had everything required for the job. Since we had already cleared the place, taking out the furniture and old carpet, they had a spotless area and went to work immediately. After sweeping the flooring, they finished installing approximately 1,250 sq. ft. of LVP in less than eight hours, comprising instating an HDPE sheeting as a moisture barrier over the concrete slab, molding trimming around door openings, and putting down (with caulking) quarter round molding. With an absolute minimum of waste, they tidied everything up before leaving. We are completely content with the quoted price, the quality of work, and the final result that met our satisfaction, and would enthusiastically recommend Excellent Flooring Crew without hesitation to relatives, friends, and people in the neighborhood.
