Our first step is to meet and discuss your expectations for your event. We can work together to create your vision or offer our assistance for a stress-free wedding day. We ensure that you can enjoy your celebration with your loved ones without worrying about the schedule.

Each client brings unique themes and ideas to their event. We find it exciting to piece them together and make them a successful reality. Our passion lies in finding the best vendors and rentals to fulfil all your needs. We love being a planner because it allows us to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and reduce their stress levels. It's gratifying to see our clients' vision come to life.

Jennifer is an amazing coordinator! Despite various mishaps that occurred at my venue, she remained adaptable to my vision and location. Additionally, she provided invaluable resources such as a photobooth vendor and fantastic decoration ideas. Despite residing on the East Coast, Jennifer is a great communicator and easily accommodating for meetings via Zoom or in the Bay Area. I highly recommend her to any engaged couple planning their big day! 😊

After having to postpone our Chinese wedding banquet due to COVID, Jenn stepped in to assist us with month-of coordination. Logistics posed a challenge as the venue restricted us to a one-hour set-up time, but Jenn and her team handled it with ease. In addition to overseeing decor and set-up, Jenn provided supplementary floral arrangements after our original florist proved problematic. She proved to be a top-notch professional, efficient, responsive, and kind, catering to our needs throughout the night. Guests appreciated her attention, with Jenn even going so far as to bring lanterns to the children. Without her invaluable assistance, we’re not sure how we would have pulled it off. We found Jenn's services to be a great value and are incredibly thankful for her aid.

Jenn showed great punctuality in her response and in organizing the event. Our wedding proceeded seamlessly, and she was prompt in addressing any issues throughout the night. Although I hope I never have to plan another wedding, if I do, I would absolutely choose Jenn once more!
