Ryan, a young man, was able to assist me in making a new key for my PT Cruiser after I lost it for the second time. I had reached out to a locksmith who connected me with Ryan over the phone. I felt comfortable speaking with him, but was soon disappointed to find out that he had charged me twice as much as another locksmith company in Boise. Additionally, the key Ryan provided me with could only be used for dark purposes as it wouldn't start my car. Despite this experience, I must say that Ryan was very professional, punctual, and always willing to answer any questions I had. I almost felt guilty because he charged a very reasonable price and was extremely honest. His business is truly exceptional and I am grateful to have someone like him in my community. AVP serviced my daughter's Honda CRV in Torrance by fixing a broken driver's side lock and creating a spare key. The task was assigned to AVP's employee, Mike (not Karrer), who exhibited professionalism and executed the task well. Although there was a slight communication mishap during the appointment setup and the cost appeared relatively expensive, I did not compare it with other options nor was there any urgency to complete it. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the outcome and would likely resort to AVP again in the future.
