They carried out the task immaculately, and we would undoubtedly choose their services again for a subsequent move. However, we propose a recommendation to improve the team's scheduling and quote preparation process, that is, to obtain more comprehensive information regarding the nature of the job. As we had some over-sized furniture which was unforeseen for our apartment size, it would have been beneficial to have that information upfront.
