The team led by Jose did an exceptional job. They performed a thorough Fall clean-up, which involved pruning trees and restoring a small tree that was growing at an angle of 45 degrees. The lawn now appears remarkable, and I was particularly pleased with the straightened tree. Despite the hesitancy expressed by others, they tackled the task successfully. Furthermore, the pricing was appropriate, which was an added bonus.

Preparing for many hours of weeding 12 extensive gardens and trimming daylilies for the upcoming winter season, we enlisted the help of two capable individuals from Avila. In just over 4 hours, they executed an outstanding job, leaving no weed unturned and no daylily untrimmed. Even more impressive was their remarkable clean-up efforts that left the gardens looking immaculate.

Choosing Avila for my driveway project was a great decision. Their prices were very reasonable, and the work they provided was of exceptional quality. They consistently arrived on time and finished the entire project within the agreed timeframe.

On Friday, August 12th, Jose's crew did a satisfactory job upon their arrival. However, two weeks later, on Friday, August 26th, despite my multiple messages requesting that they reschedule since my front lawn had not grown due to the dry weather, the crew arrived around 3:30pm. Disappointed that I did not receive a response from Jose, I notified him of their arrival. Additionally, I had explicitly requested that only my front yard be serviced as we have three dogs, yet the crew proceeded to work on the backyard as well. Although I was present at the time, I found this to be a major flaw. While I acknowledge that it may have been due to a language barrier, it is unlikely that I will continue using Jose's services. Thank you.

The team showed exceptional professionalism. Despite encountering some unexpected obstacles during the project, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our walkway, old koi pond, and dead trees were all expertly removed, and our lawn was impeccably cleaned up. We had received similar quotes from various companies, but ultimately chose Avila due to their impressive levels of communication, skill, and professionalism.
