AOC is a licensed boutique/drop-off catering service in the metro DC area that specializes in Caribbean cuisine. Our self-serve a la carte menu features authentic and fusion Caribbean platters that showcase the tropical flavors of the islands. Slow-cooked oxtail chunks and carrots in a sweet and savory stew, crispy pork nuggets with a spicy and citrus-infused blend, and veggie medleys of legumes are some of the lip-smacking options on our menu. We also cater to milder palettes with our mellow options.
As there are many catering options in the DC area, we stand out as our food isn't just inspired by Caribbean living, but it is Caribbean. Our chefs infuse their Haitian background in every dish, serving it as if it were from their very own home kitchens. At AOC, quality is our top priority, and we never cook anything that we wouldn't make or keep for ourselves.

We had a fabulous time relishing the chicken stew served with rice and peas. I have to admit that the rice was the most scrumptious of all I have tasted and the well-seasoned chicken stew was simply delectable. Looking forward to placing another order soon. A definite thumbs up!
