While there were some scheduling delays due to their truck breaking down and the project's complexity, they remained responsive when I checked in. The wood they chose was stunning, and they consulted me throughout to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Although I had to pay extra for the extra wood, they didn't charge extra for the additional labor. The stairs now look intentional, and I adore the new look. I'm so impressed that I'll contact them for future home renovation projects.
