INSULATION: We offer SRP Rebates of $600 for attics that meet the criteria. Choose from various foam insulation types - Closed Cell for metal buildings and Open Cell for wood structures. We also provide Blown-in Fiberglass Insulation for toppers or new installs, as well as Batt Insulation. Additionally, we offer Air Sealing and Duct Sealing services.

WINDOW SUNSCREENS: Our specialty is building and installing customized new window sunscreens in a range of colors that complement your exterior. For added convenience, we build and install new sliding glass doors with sunscreens in the color of your choice. Enjoy an SRP rebate of $1.00 per sq ft. As HOA documentation may be necessary for approval, we provide it as needed. Please note that we do not repair or re-screen existing screens, nor do we offer pull-down or sail shades. We only consider small jobs for larger windows.

Our intention was to acquire additional insulation for our attic. Gil arrived to provide a complimentary estimate by inspecting the attic. He did more than expected by measuring the air pressure in various rooms, which exposed an unevenness that he was able to rectify. Gil and his team were punctual, conducted themselves in a professional manner, and executed excellent quality work. We strongly recommend them.

I was thrilled with Avalon and its owner, Gil. We had a small project--installing five window screens to keep bugs out--and Gil didn't push any pricey and unneeded options when he came over to provide an estimate. He simply listened to our needs. During the measurement process, I mentioned that one room didn't cool properly, despite multiple AC repair professionals claiming there was no solution. However, Gil took the time to examine the ventilation throughout the house and found a simple vent on Amazon that could help solve the problem. He didn't try to sell us on a pricey fix. Gil quickly delivered an estimate and his employee, Ryan, installed the screens promptly with professionalism and without entering our home. The best part? The vent Gil recommended worked, and our hot bedroom cooled down significantly. We installed it in all our bedrooms, and for the first time in 20 years, our house was cool on a 112-degree day! Without hesitation, I give Avalon, Gil, and Ryan five stars.
