Ken is absolutely amazing! Despite me purchasing an 85" TV and hiring someone else to mount it, the person was unable to connect it to my streaming service, receiver, and speakers after struggling for 2.5 hours. However, Ken, being an expert, took less than 45 minutes to connect everything on the intricate system, and he went on to personalize the adjustments and calibrate my speakers. When Ken and his team of technicians visited my home to investigate why my stereo system was not turning on, they discovered that the power cord had accidentally been unplugged. Ken then recommended that I have the wiring cleaned up and replace some of the cables with better quality ones of a proper length to avoid such incidents in the future.
