This product offers great value for your money, as there is a noticeable improvement in both regular usage and drinking water after installation. The office and installation team are professional and courteous, but it is recommended that customers confirm the specific products being installed. The company has various packages available, and there is a possibility of confusion with the installers. In my case, I was told I would receive a 5 stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, but the installers brought a 4 stage RO system. When I brought this to their attention, they quickly apologized and replaced it with the correct one. Despite this hiccup, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend this company.

The service was excellent, truly outstanding. During our consultation, we underwent a water test and in less than a day, they had everything arranged for us. Although we encountered a minor plumbing issue and spillage (nothing to do with Austin Water Solutions), the staff went above and beyond to assist us with cleaning up.

My questions were promptly answered by Austin Water Solutions, and they were able to complete the entire system installation in just one week after my initial request. There was a slight problem with some damage to the exterior of my house, but it was quickly addressed the very next day. The softer water is fantastic! The installation crew were courteous and knowledgeable, and they took only 4 1/2 hours to complete the job.
