I hail from Melbourne, Australia and pursued my culinary studies from one of the most prestigious programs at William Angliss Institute of Tafe. During my academic journey, I had the opportunity to work at Stoke House, an iconic restaurant in Melbourne known for its culinary excellence, and bestowed with 2 hats. This experience paved the way for me to travel across the world and work in various acclaimed restaurants in England, Asia, South America, Central America, and New Zealand, among other countries.
Being the Executive Chef at Grasings Coastal Cuisine in Carmel by the Sea was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I led the team to cater high-end wine dinners and served scrumptious meals prepared with locally sourced, sustainable, and organic ingredients to guests, both for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Prior to that, I had a six-year stint at the Evergreen Lodge in Yosemite National Park, where I catered to guests from all over the world, including weddings for up to 200 guests every weekend.
With my extensive knowledge and experience, I am now a full-time personal chef offering home cooking classes, 5-6 course fine dining dinners, barbeques, and catering for all kinds of gatherings. My passion for culinary arts is evident in every dish I prepare, and I would love to share my expertise with you. I look forward to cooking for you and making your dining experience unforgettable.

Feeling overwhelmed as I prepared for a dinner party of 12, I decided to hire a personal chef, despite my apprehension as a first-time patron. Luckily, Chef Jesse proved quite accommodating and flexible with the six-course tasting menu, even accommodating one guest's dietary restrictions with ease. The food itself could only be described as spectacular, but the pace of the dinner and the presentation of each dish were equally flawless. I highly recommend Chef Jesse - if you're looking for a personal chef, don't hesitate to book him now before he's in high demand. I would rate him an 11 out of 10!

From his professional demeanor to his prompt response to my inquiry, the entire experience of curating our desired menu was seamless. We opted for the 5-course meal and were blown away with the complexity and flavors of each dish. Sadly, we devoured the appetizers before taking a photo because it tasted that good!
