The task was executed flawlessly and exactly as promised. If the need arises for another plumber, they will be my initial point of contact (crossing fingers that it won't 🤣).

My laundry room ceiling was being damaged by a leak from my upstairs bathroom. Kory and his assistant (whose name escapes me – apologies) arrived punctually and were courteous, professional and amiable. Businesslike and efficient, they evaluated my needs, provided a quote and got straight to work without any chit-chat or delay. They swiftly completed the initial dismantling and inspection, so much so that by the time I returned from Lowe's with a new toilet (within 20 minutes), they were waiting in their vehicle. Once I brought the toilet indoors, they carried it to the bathroom, fixed it in place, carried out thorough testing, removed the old unit and disposed of it. Everything was accomplished within two hours; a service that was nothing short of excellent. Although I paid slightly more than expected for the replacement, I was very satisfied with their work.

Augerpros has given me a highly professional presentation of my options. Even though I chose not to proceed with the installation of a new gas line, I will certainly keep Augerpros in mind for any upcoming ventures!
