With over 35 years of experience in customer service and more than 15 years in construction, we provide complete professional home inspection services that are the most comprehensive and thorough. We inspect electrical, plumbing, building frames and foundations, using up-to-date programs, and include more than 35 pages of inspection reports with descriptions and pictures. Our inspections are available seven days a week with hours starting from 8:00 a.m. till sunset on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. on weekends.
Additionally, we offer radon, mold, and termite inspections for an extra fee. EPA recommends radon inspections for every home every two years. Our priority is to help home buyers make informed decisions when choosing a new home. We keep our clients' interests first, especially helping first-time buyers by explaining everything as we do it.
We understand that our honesty may not always make the Realtor happy, but we prioritize our clients above all else. Unlike other companies, we encourage clients to be present during the inspection and to ask questions while we work.
