My future needs will be fulfilled by Atlas. The sink repair completed by Alex and Joe was impressive as they were courteous, timely and knowledgeable. The company's aim to keep customers informed and respected was evident throughout the process. Communication with them was effortless and the task was completed satisfactorily. As a result, we plan to consider their membership program for upcoming repairs and periodic maintenance.

In the future, I plan to enlist the services of Atlas once more. Kyle was dispatched to my residence to address some plumbing problems that had arisen. He conducted himself with regard for my property and even tidied up after completing the job, which was highly appreciated. Unlike other businesses, Atlas did not attempt to push additional products on me and maintained reasonable rates. Many thanks to the entire Atlas team.

Kyle was simply amazing. Despite receiving very short notice on a Friday, he showed up promptly to address a plumbing issue while I had contractors on site. He was incredibly resourceful, brimming with great ideas, and exhibited a remarkable level of expertise. The sole setback was that he didn't have the required parts to fix my outdated plumbing, and thus, was only able to rectify the issue once Monday rolled around. However, another plumber who had been informed about the matter was able to come in on Saturday and solve the problem. This wasn't Kyle's fault, given the nature of my aging plumbing. All in all, I would definitely consider hiring him again in the future.

My encounter with Atlas Home Services was excellent. Anthony kept me informed throughout the day regarding the availability of someone to visit. Once Konner became available, he arrived punctually and was quite meticulous in diagnosing my problem. He kindly explained the issue and the necessary steps to remedy it. Additionally, he provided me with some advice on how to fix my leaky faucets on my own! I am grateful for his time and service. I will certainly continue to use Atlas for all my future plumbing requirements.
