Melanie and Sean Unser, a family-owned and operated business, run Atlantic Home Watch. Our family has been residing in Delray Beach since 2005, making it our blessed home. We noticed that our neighbours and friends required a trustworthy and dependable home watch service over the years and hence created Atlantic Home Watch.

Atlantic Home Watch provides you with assurance about the safety and security of your property, whether you are on vacation, out of town, or seasonal. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inspections of the interior and exterior, including checks for signs of intrusions, water leaks, proper functionality of the ac, vehicle start-ups, and mailbox checks.

Moreover, we offer the following additional services: maid services, arranging contractors/vendors, hurricane preparations, home maintenance, and handyman services.
