CrackerJack has a new member in Aaron, who provided one of the best experiences ever! While attempting to upgrade my Ring Doorbell, I made the mistake of frying my transformer. However, Aaron skillfully identified multiple faults, including blown transformer, incorrect wiring at my chime and doorbell. Every step he took felt like a "Eureka!" moment.
Initially, Aaron did not have the necessary parts. However, instead of giving up, he drove to Home Depot to get them, replaced them, and then set to work. As a software engineer, I can confidently say that Aaron knows his stuff better than anyone else. He is capable of installing, fixing, and replacing any system.
I had previously scheduled someone for the morning. However, with the stress of not having a doorbell, Aaron came over in just an hour and did an even better job. As he was leaving, I mentioned that my GFCI was bad, to which he promptly had a spare and replaced it. I had been without outside outlets for years, but Aaron fixed everything up within minutes!
If it were up to me, I would give Aaron a perfect rating of 10 stars!
