For the past five years, Chef Sitbon has been preparing exceptional and inventive dinners for a maximum of 35 guests in my residence. He is an accomplished culinary artist and a joy to collaborate with. Last year, two of the most remarkable dining experiences of my lifetime were when he teamed up with Master Sommelier Brian McClintic.

Chef Sitbon, Jean-Philippe, crafted a magnificent dinner for a party hosted in my home. His dish boasts exquisite flavors, impeccable presentation, and meticulous attention to detail. Working with him was effortless, and his creativity surpassed all expectations, yielding memorable events.

For the past eight years, Jean-Phillipe has been our go-to chef for all occasions, big or small. He is an incredibly skilled professional who arrives early and always thoroughly prepared. From intimate family dinners to elaborate cocktail parties for 100 guests, he adjusts his timing accordingly and leaves the kitchen spotless upon completion. Jean-Phillipe's extensive knowledge of wine, service, and menus allows him to cater to a broad range of cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, French, Asian, and his renowned fish dishes. Both visually stunning and delicious, his food preparations always exceed our expectations. We highly recommend Jean-Phillipe's services, though we must admit, we'd rather keep him our little secret!

At our Santa Barbara residence, Jean-Philippe was the caterer for our New Year's Eve dinner party and it was an absolutely exceptional gastronomic experience for all! Throughout the planning process, we worked closely together to finalize the menu, wine pairings, and timing. The plating was visually stunning, and every dish was cooked to perfection, with flavors that truly popped, and each bite was relished. The ingredients were of premium quality and notably fresh. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal and requested JP's services monthly! His team was polite and professional, and he left the kitchen in immaculate condition. We plan on rehiring Jean-Philippe for our upcoming events, and with any luck, it will be soon!

At numerous dinner parties held at our residence, Jean-Philippe Sitbon has delighted us with his culinary skills. His punctuality, professionalism, neatness, and friendly demeanor add to his charm as a fabulous chef. His expertise lies in contemporary French and Californian cuisine, though he has also prepared delightful Italian and Asian meals for us. The food he has cooked can only be described as divine, superb, sublime, and elegant, which my husband and I have shared with our friends. We cannot recall a single occasion when Jean-Philippe's dinner failed to impress us.
