As a certified dog trainer and behavioral specialist with 22 years of experience, I specialize in rehabilitating challenging dogs in need of socialization, rehabilitation, obedience training, ESA therapy dog, PSD service dog training, as well as service dog training. My focus is on training both the dogs and their owners, so that the techniques taught can be easily maintained in the home and everyday life. Although I didn't anticipate my dogs to become fast friends after their training, I did expect to receive substantial guidance on how to achieve this goal, and that's precisely what I received. The trainers took us outside and pointed out the problematic behaviors that required correction, most of which I was oblivious to. Additionally, they elucidated our dogs' distinct personalities and emphasized the significance of training specific dogs. I found it reassuring to learn that our dog Luna was exhibiting nearly flawless behavior during interactions. Together, my fiance and I had an incredible experience working on training techniques with our Mastiff Pup, 3-year-old Pitty Mix, and 8-year-old Chihuahua. Our trainer was instrumental in providing us with valuable techniques and home advice. By implementing what we learned, we've seen remarkable results in a short period. Although it may take some time to make permanent adjustments, many of the methods we learned from our trainer had an immediate impact on our dogs. This alone has given us hope, especially when dealing with the challenges that come with raising a Mastiff Pup.
We also appreciated working in an outdoor environment where our trainer could quickly identify our dogs' anxiety and fear when encountering other pets. Her expertise in helping us control the situation empowered us to take the lead instead of our dogs. This was a significant breakthrough for us as we were able to go on walks without feeling like something terrible would happen at any moment. In fact, we now have a boost of confidence in handling all three dogs that we didn't have before. Overall, we are more than thrilled with our experience and the results we've achieved.
