It was a pleasure collaborating with Jay and his team. Their efforts involved the transfer of 13 big objects including a 1000-pound piano. The team meticulously planned and equipped themselves with the necessary tools such as ratchet straps, blankets, cardboard, piano sled, dollies, and others to transport this upright grand piano. On Monday night, I contacted Assured through CrackerJack after realizing that my brother and I wouldn't be able to finish emptying our childhood home by the 5pm Thursday deadline. Initially, I hired a crew to assist us with packing delicate items for 2-3 hours.
