They also test the air to determine mold spore concentration levels without needing to demolish any materials. The team that arrived to perform the remediation was prompt, friendly, and professional. They reassured me that the process was straightforward; in fact, they suggested leaving our belongings in the room during the fogging to get rid of any potential mold spores. Upon completion, the odor was noticeable but not overpowering, and it dissipated after a few days. I was pleased to see that the mold spore concentration decreased significantly after the treatment, which was reassuring that the process was effective. What impressed me most was the fact that, after the carpet was removed from the area where mold was initially present, I saw no regrowth even after two months. Furthermore, they take pre- and post-remediation air samples to gauge the level of mold in the air, which does not necessitate removing sheet rock for testing. After hiring them, the technicians were friendly, and their process was minimally disruptive; we did not have to move our belongings out of the room.
