From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Within a mere two weeks, they had provided me with a quote and completed the entire process. Though not the most economical option, the cost was reasonable. They even went beyond the agreed upon scope of work by fixing the twisted board holding the rear gutter without any prompting from me. Work supplies arrived on Wednesday and were promptly used the following day. By early afternoon on Saturday, the job was complete and any necessary wood and tiles had been replaced. The synthetic underlay used is guaranteed to outlast even the remaining years of roof tile life. My concern about rain leakage is now a thing of the past. This process was entirely painless.
